ATMs are conveniently located on the festival grounds. Some vendors accept credit cards.

\\LOST AND FOUND

Lost and found is located at the MHA Community Center.   Should you misplace an item, please contact a staff member/volunteer, as we will be circulating throughout the festival.

\\MEDICAL & SECURITY

We take the safety and security of our attendees extremely seriously.  We understand that an outdoor festival introduces a host of additional safety issues that our staff must be mindful, and our goal is that no one gets hurt at the Crawfish Festival.  Just in case, there is a First Aid Station on the Festival grounds. Additionally, there are free water stations so you can stay hydrated!  We also have some of the finest local Law Enforcement around to assist in any situation to keep our festival a safe event. For the entirety of the festival, we have support from the Orange County Sheriff's Department and our local Constable, Mark Jones, as well as overnight security for our vendors.

\\ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

You can’t bring your own alcohol into the festival, but beer is available from vendors inside the festival grounds with a valid photo ID.  Coolers are not allowed.

\\WEATHER

The festival is planned to go on rain or shine.  No refunds on tickets, vendor spaces, or food booths.

\\ALLOWED AND PROHIBITED ITEMS

Items that are not allowed at The Mauriceville Crawfish Festival are the standard items that aren’t allowed at any festivals. If you’re in doubt, it’s best to leave that item at home.  And here’s the standard list of items that are absolutely not allowed: Pets including "comfort or anxiety dogs" only service dogs are allowed (please don't abuse this, you make it hard on our service men and women, first responders, and others who rely on service dogs, Illegal or illicit substances of any kind, large backpacks, Carts (not to include strollers), tents, and Coolers.  Guns (other than licensed carry permit holders), other weapons including knives, Roller-skates/blades, bikes, scooters, or skateboards are not allowed within the festival grounds.  Outside food items and coolers are not allowed.  However, items for infants are certainly welcome. No unauthorized/unlicensed vendors allowed, and no unauthorized solicitations, handbills, sampling, giveaways, etc.

In the past, we have allowed a blanket or small folding chair for the outdoor concerts.  Please limit these items as we want all patrons to enjoy the shows comfortably.
